These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Getoify ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), a Shopify localization application available at getoify.com. By installing or using Getoify, you agree to these Terms.
Getoify is a Shopify application that automatically translates product titles, descriptions, and metadata into multiple languages using AI, and publishes those translations back to your Shopify store via the Shopify Translations API.
The service includes: AI-powered product description generation, multilingual translation, SEO metadata generation per language, auto-sync via Shopify webhooks, and a translation management dashboard.
To use Getoify, you must:
The Free plan allows translation of up to 15 products in 2 languages at no cost, with no credit card required and no time limit. Free plan users have access to all core features within those limits.
Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed on our pricing page at getoify.com/pricing. By subscribing, you authorize Getoify to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Getoify settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. Translations already published to your Shopify store remain in place after cancellation.

Getoify uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate product descriptions and translations. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or culturally inappropriate phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing published translations and ensuring they meet your standards before use in a live storefront.
You retain full ownership of all content generated for your store. Getoify does not claim any intellectual property rights over AI-generated translations.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Getoify may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getoify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Getoify in the three months preceding the claim.
Getoify is an independent application that integrates with Shopify. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. Your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify's own terms of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Getoify after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the country in which Getoify operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
